Hello, I’m Margery.

Nearly 25 years ago, I opened what would become Margery & Co with a simple belief: clothing should feel comfortable, look timeless, and fit effortlessly into everyday life. I wanted to create a boutique where people could find pieces they genuinely enjoyed wearing, not just once, but again and again.

What began as a small boutique slowly grew into something far more meaningful than I ever expected. Over the years, Margery & Co became a place known for carefully selected collections for both women and men, chosen with comfort, quality and wearability in mind. Every piece was selected to flatter real bodies and suit real lives, not fleeting trends.

Running a boutique has always required dedication, long hours and constant attention. It has been demanding, but incredibly rewarding. However, earlier this year, I was diagnosed with a chronic health condition that required me to slow down and reassess my priorities. After many thoughtful and difficult conversations with my family, I came to the realisation that I could no longer give the business the level of energy and commitment it truly deserves.

As hard as it has been, I have made the decision to close Margery & Co and focus on my health and wellbeing.

Before we close our doors for good, we are holding one final Clearance Sale. This allows us to responsibly clear all remaining stock, with savings of up to 80 percent across the collection. It is our way of ensuring that the final chapter of Margery & Co is handled with care, honesty and gratitude.
