At Margery & Co. London, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you wish to return an item, please review the policy below carefully. This policy forms an integral part of the terms agreed to at the time of purchase.


1. RIGHT TO CANCEL & RETURN PERIOD

You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your item(s), without providing a reason.

Once your cancellation request has been acknowledged, you must return the item(s) within 4 days.

Returns requested or sent outside these timeframes will not be accepted.


2. IMPORTANT NOTICE – RETURN ADDRESS PROVIDED ON REQUEST

To ensure accurate processing and tracking of returns:

  • Our return address is only provided after you contact our customer care team to initiate a return.

  • This allows us to assign the correct return location and avoid processing delays.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be rejected.


3. RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged

  • All original tags, labels and accessories must be attached

  • Items must be free from makeup, perfume, stains, odours or pet hair

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, where reasonably possible

  • Returns must be shipped with tracking

  • Items must only be returned after prior approval

Items failing to meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund or store credit.


4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene, safety and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, lingerie and bras

  • Swimwear

  • Earrings and personalised jewellery

  • Cosmetics and makeup

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Items returned outside the return period

  • Items not in original condition or missing tags/packaging


5. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, a single-use store credit voucher will be issued within 14 days of confirmation.

Important refund terms:

  • Store credit vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Each voucher may be used once only and cannot be split across multiple orders

  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to the original payment method

  • Lost, unused or expired vouchers will not be reissued

By returning an item, you expressly agree to receive your refund in the form of store credit.

Margery & Co. London reserves the right to withhold issuing a voucher until the returned items have been received or satisfactory proof of return has been provided.


6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS DELIVERED BY US

If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival or incorrectly delivered by Margery & Co. London (for example, an incorrect product or size sent by us), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence

Upon verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution in line with your statutory rights.


7. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

7.1 Customer-Initiated Returns

(Including change of mind and wrong size ordered)

If a return is requested for any reason not caused by an error on our part, including but not limited to a change of mind or ordering the wrong size, colour or style, the return is considered a customer-initiated return.

In such cases:

  • All return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer

  • Returns must be sent to our Asia-based warehouse, using the return address provided after approval

  • Tracked shipping is mandatory

  • The customer bears all shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes and any related charges (if applicable)

Margery & Co. London accepts no liability for returns that are lost, delayed, held at customs or damaged during return transit.

Items that are not received, arrive damaged, or are returned without prior approval are not eligible for a refund or store credit.


7.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items Delivered by Margery & Co. London

Only items that are damaged upon delivery or incorrectly delivered by Margery & Co. London qualify as a fault on our part.

⚠️ For absolute clarity:
Items that were correctly delivered but ordered in the wrong size, or returned due to a change of mind, are not considered faulty or incorrect and fall entirely under section 7.1.
